Gathering Food

Meat will be the easiest to find, as animals are all over the place all the time. However, Fruits, Vegetables, and Seafood only seem to regrow or appear once a day, so you might want to consider how often you use those, and gather daily. You also cannot sell or buy food materials on the Personal Shop!

Food Varieties!

There are a total of four varieties of food: Fruits, Vegetables, Meats, and Seafood. Depending on the type you use, you get a different boost, up to a total of +10% if you use 10 of the same variety:

Meat Potency
Seafood HP

Flavors and Regional Bonuses

As any good cook (or Ryuker device) will tell you, if you include at least four items with the same flavor from the same region you’re currently cooking in, you’ll also get something called a Region-Match Effect. This effect comes from using at least four of either Light, Rich, Robust, or Crisp ingredients all from Aelio, Retem, Kvaris, or Stia, and prepared in that region. Here are the bonuses:

So, for example! If you cook 10 Crisp Retem Meats while using a Ryuker device in Retem, you’ll gain +10% Potency and +5% damage to enemy weak points!

Can different flavors stack? Yes! For example, if you create a recipe that includes 4 Robust Stia Cabbages and 4 Rich Stia Herbs while in Stia, you’ll end up with +10% HP recovery and -5% PP Consumption, on top of the +9.6% Damage Resistance from cooking Vegetables! You’ll also have two more slots left for the ingredients of your choice.

The Premium Set also gives you up to +10% bonuses to Rare Drop Rate, EXP Earned, and Meseta Earned, so that’s nice too!

Quick Recipes

Just throwing things together or going all-in on potency (meat) is a perfectly fine way to do things, but here are some potential recipes that provide a nice mix depending on what you might be looking for. Total: Potency +8.5%, Damage Resistance +5%, HP +8.5%, PP +10, HP Recovery +10%, PP Recovery +14%

4 Rich Fruit (Rich Stia Banana) +14 PP
4 Light Fruit (Light Stia Apple) +4 PP
2 Any Meat (Light Stia Meat) +7% Potency

Total: Potency +7%, PP +18, PP Consuption -5%, PP Recovery +14%

4 Robust Seafood (Robust Stia Sea Slug) +8.5% HP

Total: Potency +9%, HP +8.5%, HP Recovery +50%
